Train of Hope 2018
Supported refugees fleeing the conflict in Syria at Vienna's main railway station (Hauptbahnhof). Initially volunteered at the food and drinks distribution stand before taking on greater responsibilities as a site floor coordination assistant, and subsequently as a manager at the missing persons bureau.
Frauen Ohne Grenzen 2003 - 2010
Supported international projects focused on women's empowerment, particularly in Afghanistan, India and Rwanda. Responsibilities included German-to-English translation, interview transcription, research for published books and, where required, liaison and coordination support.

International Key Account Manager
Global Sales Manager with responsibility for international sales, contract negotiations, programme management and conference management. Managed key global accounts worth over US$2 million for custom-built power supplies, with major customers including Hewlett-Packard, Sun Microsystems and Digital.
Coordinated programmes across manufacturing facilities in Germany, the Netherlands, Hungary and Austria. Led the implementation of an internal Kanban system at the Austrian factory, employing 300 people. Held direct management responsibility for a team of seven staff.

Key Account Manager Internal
Internal sales for global companies, product management, repair contracts and management, inventory, liaison, and internal programme management support. Worked with three factories in Austria, Hungary and the US. Extensive international travel. American multinational company with a European budget of 900 million. Conference and event management.

Programme sales in Austria and abroad, development of new language groups, management of 45 teachers, contract management, staff recruitment and office administration. Conference management and representation of the company at trade fairs, involving national and international travel.
